Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the spins platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with all related policies including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the spins platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at a time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including their full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any details required for identity verification (KYC). Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. spins will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact customer support immediately. spins is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automated software, or technical methods to exploit the platform
- Attempts to hack, breach, or otherwise disrupt the platform's systems
- Sharing your account with another individual
- Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
- Fraud or manipulation in transactions or gameplay
- Using false information or another person's identity
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the spins platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users do not need to perform any currency conversion. The following terms govern all financial activity on this platform.
The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits are processed via FPX (online banking) or Touch 'n Go eWallet, with processing times ranging from 5 to 15 minutes depending on the method chosen. spins is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts are processed within 30 minutes to 6 hours for accounts that have completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require identity verification, which may take up to 24 hours.
Users must complete the KYC process before their first withdrawal can be processed. This involves uploading a valid copy of your national identity card (MyKad). KYC information is stored securely in accordance with the platform's privacy policy. Verification only needs to be completed once.
Bonus Note: Any bonus, promotion, or special offer provided by spins is subject to separate wagering requirements. Users must fulfil the applicable wagering requirements before any bonus-related withdrawals can be processed. Detailed terms for each bonus will be stated at the time it is offered.
Liability Limit & Disclaimer
Spins provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranties or representations, whether express or implied, are made regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
- Spins is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
- Technical disruptions, server failures, network issues, or events beyond our control that cause service interruptions cannot form the basis of any claim for damages.
- Spins is not liable for any game or betting outcomes affected by technical issues beyond the platform's control.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and other materials on the spins platform are the exclusive property of spins or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify any platform content without prior written permission.
The spins brand name and all related trademarks are registered intellectual property. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Account Suspension, Closure & Third-Party Links

Spins reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of terms, use of bots, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Users will be notified through their registered contact channel before any action is taken.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no outstanding funds or unresolved issues.
Third-Party Links
The spins platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites. spins has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from their use.
Amendments & Applicable Law
Spins reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal procedures in Malaysia.
